It’s time for chapel! I love seeing the kids lined up outside the chapel doors eagerly waiting to get in.

BIG Questionchildrens-ministry-big question

Today’s big question is, “Is it okay to ask God questions?” Chapel’s going to be extra fun because I get to play with fire!

I am telling the story of Moses’ encounter with God in Exodus chapter 3. Moses does question God (3 times in fact!) But God listens and responds. Moses approaches God respectfully and reverently. And when Moses goes too far (continues questioning instead of obeying, God does get angry and says He is sending Aaron along with Moses.)

So, is it okay to ask God question? Yes. Be real with God. He already knows anyway. Ask your questions with respect. Don’t forget to read your Bibles! God has answered so many of our questions in the Bible. Seek God in prayer and in His Word – the Bible!

“Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge.” Psalm 62:8
